“Our total house renovation has been a bit of a nightmare; with more than our fair share of nightmare tradesmen. So it is with real pleasure that I can write this review, just thinking about it Prime is the only business I have had on site that I would write a review for. Even though the problems we were having had nothing to do with Prime Kitchens (All the hold ups and broken promises by other trades). Prime were there and ready every time we needed them on time and ready to go. (Prime ended up holding onto our kitchen for a ridiculously long time) they never complained. I know it must have been a real pain for them but they understood our situation. Of course like everyone we wanted a million dollar kitchen at a budget price with platinum service. Prime is not the cheapest over all but of course we did want a million dollar kitchen, and that is exactly what we got with the best service you could ever ask for and it was by far the best price as well. We shopped around a lot before we settled on Prime. From start to finish we can’t fault them. My wife is a little over the top fussy and even she is thrilled with the end result. After getting the kitchen in we had to call them back for some minor adjustments and a couple of small changes and it was fantastic to see their after sales service is second to none.
