Bryan initially was extremely helpful and as we were under time pressure he allowed us purchase a pre order of the Bora Pure which was actually meant for his shop. We thought at the time he was very helpful. A year on and I had an error with my hob and Bryan was nothing but professional, empathetic and overall a problem solver. He was easy to deal with and allowed me complete ease of mind. He is exceptional at what he does and he possess amazing customer service. I would highly recommend him and his services. For ease of mind and customer service alone... You cant get better!!!
